At True Bod Gymnastics, we aim to strengthen connective tissue, increase mobility and condition your entire body, building long, lean muscles, mobile joints and develop strength you never knew you had! We offer 5 program types, with more programs to be added throughout the year. Class size is restricted to a 1:10 coach to participant ratio to give you a personalised, small-group training experience.

This class will cover functional movements performed at a high intensity.

These movements will include weights training, muscular strengthening, toning and circuit training (high intensity). Participants will be pushed to their limits using their bodies to help achieve their goals. If you're serious about achieving your goals - this class is for you - expect sweat and more sweat!
